Hi, I’m René Caruso,

My mission is to help you become the best version of yourself by overcoming emotional eating issues and say goodbye to dieting behaviors forever!  

I understand the desperation which makes people hide their food problems from family and friends, then hate themselves for lying to those they love most.


How they lose weight over and over, only to gain it all back (and then some).


How they waste days exercising like crazy in a futile attempt to "undo" the damage from yesterday's binge.


How they're tortured by cravings...


I know what a miserable waste of life food obsession can be.


I've experienced first-hand what it's like to recover from the bloating, self-hatred, and digestive damage caused by the cycles of starvation and excess food.​


I want you to know, I’m not a doctor or medical practitioner, however I do have 30+ years in the fields of nutrition, culinary arts, business and bio-hacking. I’ve been a competitive natural body-builder (we’ll talk more about that later), obstacle course racer and love distance cycling!

I learned that by taking care of my body…my vessel (emotionally, physically, nutritionally and spiritually), I can do anything – and so can you!   I’ll help you implement strategies so you can achieve things you never thought possible that impact every area of your life.

In order to overcome habits that don’t support your idea of health and wellness, you have to take responsibility and do the work, but I’ll be here to give you the support you need.

I've got a very full, balanced and healthy lifestyle that fits my needs (although I do think "balance" is a moving target we need to constantly re-prioritize). I'd like to help you achieve the same!


I am able to pick up where many traditional coaches leave off by addressing a deeper dimension to your weight loss, emotional eating, binge eating, fatigue, digestive issues and body image issues others may skim over. Finding balance through nutrition is not through deprivation or creating lists of what is good or bad foods for you. Instead, we work towards using foods you’ll enjoy to make them part of sustainable routines, based on how your body can best utilize them.

In each program, we will meet virtually. One-on-one and group meetings held via zoom or telephone no matter where in the world you live.

One Month

Three Month

What's the point of losing weight if it's only temporary? More guidance to address your personal questions and maximize the odds of your program STICKING for good!
