2 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Bread

Talk about protein! This bread is basically all protein! Hardly any carbs, and perfect for those following a:


- keto

- grain free

- low carb

- high protein

- yeast free diet!


Ingredients:


1 cup powdered egg whites (do not use liquid egg whites, I like Judee's on Amazon)

1 cup water

1 cup cultured cottage cheese



Directions:


Using a stand or electric mixer, whip egg white powder with water until stiff peaks form. Blend cottage cheese then gently fold into the egg white fluff. Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 F.


For added flavor I fold in fresh thyme, finely grated parmesan or asiago cheese or sprinkle "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning.
