TIME isn’t the main thing. It’s the only thing.

I came across this article the other day about time. TIME isn’t the main thing. It’s the only thing.

The graphic that accompanied it bothered me even more – I haven’t been able to get it out of my head. New Year’s day was nearly 6 weeks ago and you may be one of the nearly 90% of the population struggling to keep or maintain your resolutions…or maybe you’ve already given up?

900 months = 75 years, that’s a very short time, or worse, it could be an excruciatingly long time as you revert to old habits that keep you from living the life you really want.

All of us get stuck from time to time, but year after year – that’s a bigger problem. Dr. Jordan Peterson asks one of my favorite wake up call questions, “What is one incredibly stupid thing I am doing every day, that if I stopped doing it, could change my life?”

I certainly don’t have all the answers, I’m still working on my life too, wanting to be a better person in every way, every day, while also relishing the life I’ve created so far. But I can offer you this, if you’ve been struggling for years with emotional eating issues, ask yourself, what could my life be like with this solved?

This, I can help you with this.

Life is short. Don’t waste another minute struggling…let’s fix this.
